Kevin Felstead, SIFT Trustee
Kevin Felstead is an independent Resource Consent Consultant and for the past eleven years has also been a Waimakariri District Councillor (Oxford/Eyre Ward) and Deputy Mayor for the last two years. Prior to his consultancy work, he was County Clerk for the Oxford County Council and resource consent planner for the Waimakariri District Council.
Kevin is also involved in several other community organisations - he has been an Oxford School Trustee for 16 years (5 years as Chairman), a Justice of the Peace since 1991, a long-serving member of the Oxford Fire Brigade and involved with Civil Defence for many years. Kevin's community work includes addressing some of the major issues facing our region including being a member of the Waimakariri Zone Committee for the Canterbury Water Management Strategy.
